How do I make my own lip primer? I can't afford to just go out and buy some. Does anyone know a cheap and easy way to make it with a few ingredients?

Basic Lip Balm Formula
From Better Basics for the
2 ounces oil
&frac; ounce beeswax
1 teaspoon honey or glycerin
In a double boiler, cook oil and beeswax over medium heat until wax has melted. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Blend with a hand held mixer until creamy. Add flavoring oil to taste, stirring to combine. Good luck.
The recipe list 2 oz oil then says &frac. Can you tell me what that means please?
I think it is supposed to be 1/2 oz. but it could be another fraction of an ounce. Unfortunately, that error happened in the past and we can't know the exact amount anymore.
Looking online, 1/2 oz. seems to be the right ratio. Please let us know if you give it a try.
You can just buy a jar of Vaseline, or just buy the store brand lip balm, which is very cheap.
Cover your lip in a similar colored lip liner, or apply some concealer onto your lips and then apply your lipstick or lip gloss over that. There isn't really a way to make a lip primer at home.
