My girlfriends and I were discussing how we'd like to lose some weight for our friend's wedding in February. I've been using a free website called LoseIt.com to keep track of what I eat and what exercises I accomplish.
I noticed recently they have a "friends" area where you can grant access to your friends who use the program to watch what you're eating and doing and vice-versa. It's been great! You can even ping each other with encouraging messages. Knowing they have their eyes on me has gotten me to lose a few extra pounds pretty quickly. Lose It also creates a program for you after you punch in your current weight, goal weight, and how fast you'd like to lose it. You can also use it through your smartphone. I've got the app on my iPhone. I highly recommend them :)

It definitely helps keeps you in check :) I'm almost 5 lbs down. You can also see what percentage of your food intake is fats, carbs and proteins - brilliant. :)
Your weight looked ideal in your hallowe'en picture. Hope you're going for a healthy slender, and not skinny.
