Set a timer for 15 minutes and clean during that period "only". When the timer goes off, you're done for the night. It's amazing what you can get done when you're focused by the tick of the timer. I turned a huge, falling-off-the-desk filing pile into a filed clean desk in two 15 minute sessions. And I'd been dreading dealing with this for months!

I have a weed problem and decided that I cannot keep things perfect, but, each time I go to the car, the front yard, take out garbage, roll out the garbage can to the front or go to the back yard to get something, I pull up three weeds... I grab the 3 biggest ones and keep things from getting so out of control till the day I do the yard... Hope this helps, little by little I get things done. :)
