Use tortillas that are fresh. You can tell about the freshness when you pick up the package on one side and the rest of the package significantly droops down on the non-supported side.
When you go to the grocery store, if this isn't happening, try again on another day.
Some days, none of the merchandise seems all that fresh.
The refrigerated ones usually don't droop. More like a tilt or a slant.
If the package has condensation, that's supposed to be good because it menas they were freshly packaged while still hot.
Personally, I don't care for that trademark because when I see the condensation, I think increased mold and allergies due to humidity.
P.S. I like to use Mission brand Carb Balance tortillas.
Brown your beef thoroughly, but Dont Overcook- turns to rubber.
