What color paint would complement my pink hued kitchen cabinets? I also have copper tinted tiles behind the stove and cherry floors.

Well, you sound like you have way too much pink or pinkish hue in the kitchen. Black is great with reds, but that might not work for the walls. Have you gone to the local Home Depot? They will set you up with a computer that lets you try all kinds of wall paint colors and you can mix and match till you find the right shade. I suggest a soft gray or tan.

I would suggest a rich, dark chocolate brown. It goes great with pinks and coppers.
