Brown sausage and drain off fat. Stir in tomato paste and herbs. Flatten biscuits on greased baking sheet with the bottom of a floured custard cup, leave the rim cup makes. Fill centers with sausage mixture. Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 425 degree F. oven for 10 minutes.
