Tuna and Herb Fettuccine

Delicious, great on a cold night or lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thickened cream
  • 12 oz.(375ml) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • Advertisement

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs.
  • 1 large (425gram) can flaked tuna
  • 4 spring/green onions sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups (500grams) cooked fettuccine

Directions:

Bring to boil thickened cream, evaporated milk, crushed garlic and chopped fresh herbs. Simmer for 6-8 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Drain can of tuna and add to mixture with spring onions. Add the fettuccine, toss to combine. Season with pepper to taste.

Serve in bowl.

Servings: 3-4
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time
8-10 Minutes Cooking Time
