Open the can of pineapple, lay slices of pineapple on a plate, then put the cheese on top of the slices of pineapple to taste. It can be pre-made or quickly prepared and served, Both takes the same time. I usually freeze the pineapple juice to use in other dishes or drinks.

I can also recommend bite-sized chunks of pineapple + gouda cheese on a cocktail stick for a taste that's a little bit different from cheddar. I could eat them all day! (05/21/2010)
