Ingredients

1 pkg. Wyler's onion soup mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread, cubed
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape in loaf and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.

Super easy and so good!

Ingredients:

2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup grated onion
1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Sauce:

3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Soak bread crumbs in milk, eggs, onion and seasonings. Add ground beef, and mix well. Form into single loaf in 4x8 inch loaf pan. Mix sauce ingredients together and our over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Servings: 6-8

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
