Ok everyone, I need your opinion. We are having a debate on Sesame Street's grover. Is he blue or purple? I say blue.

Definitely Blue!
Grover is blue.
Here's a little picture from the Sesame Street site. He looks blue in most of the pictures but in this one he looks a little bit purple. I've always thought of him as BLUE.

I am looking at a stuffed "Marshall" Grover, a very blue "Marshall" Grover (my son's toy from way back, but he has always been blue:-)
ok the reason i asked was my manager at work(it's a guy) said he is purple i disagreed so we have a small wager on it.he said if i got more than 1 person to agree with me i win

We have season passes to Sesame Place. We see "blue" Grover often.
I say he's blue also...but he's a different shade of blue than Cookie Monster! He's a darker blue, maybe like a lapis blue?
On one of my son's DVDs, Grover sings with some of the other Sesame Street monsters, and the song is called "Fuzzy And Blue"--hope that confirms it for your co-worker! :)

Indigo! a tint between violet and dark blue! The original Grover, the first year, was GREEN!
