I have a weeping cherry tree that is about 5 years old. This Spring I had many blooms but now I have very few leaves. Indiana did have a very wet spring. The limbs are not dead, but some kind of bug has been eating the leaves that it does have. Could you please give some ideas on what is wrong? Thank you.
