Freezing Cinnamon Pull-Apart Buns?

Can you make cinnamon pull-apart buns ahead and freeze them? I want to give them as Christmas gifts.

Why don't you experiment and bake a batch for yourself. Freeze them for several days, then set them out to un- thaw and see how they are.

MCW, I have done it and they are ok but not as good as freshly baked, especially if you frost them. If you do decide to freeze them, wrap them double.

I put tin foil over them, sealing tightly and then in a freezer bag. They do better that way.

I would love to have your recipe and I am eager to learn if freezing works for your recipe. I would like to do this for a gift too but I don't have a good recipe. Any idea on how to make them?

They do freeze, just make sure not to frost them. Frost them after dethawing.
