You probably will think I'm nuts, but I enjoyed the taste of the pineapple cheesecake made by Entenmann's back in the 70's. They changed their recipe in the 90's, and I don't care for the taste now. Does anyone out there know how they made that cheesecake back in the 70's?

Yeah, it had a graham crust and the cheese was neuchaftel cheese.
Also the cherry cheese danish was awesome!
And I specifically remember a marble (swirl of chocolate) version of it.
Hi, so it was neuchatel cheese. Thanks for the information. Maybe, I can attempt to duplicate it with neuchatel cheese. Anybody, got any ideas? Thanks for the info, Paul
Did u ever find the recipe? If so can you share. We loved it too
OMG! I have been trying to find it for years.. My mother used to buy it prior to her death In 93 :-(....
Thought I was nuts LOL>..
Please put me on the list of people looking for this recipe.
yes, me too! I just wish I knew how to do it. I don't like any other cheesecake and that is very sad. If only I can duplicate it.
I use to buy it all the time..one of my son's is still trying to find it also. The best pineapple cheesecake you will ever eat..I would love the receipt.
It was the best cheesecake sold in the "Hood." I've searched NYC over and find it nowhere. Maybe I can get it direct from Enterman's bakery.
