It can be purchased at a pharmacy or drug store.
Maybe it's not called isopropyl alcohol. Ask the pharmacist or look for rubbing alcohol/same thing.
I bought some from E Bay in the UK. It is also called rubbing alcohol. It really helps with dissolving things like resin from clothing.
Isopropyl Alcohol and Rubbing Alcohol are antiseptics. I am not sure if Isopropyl is called Surgical Spirit in the UK but Rubbing Alcohol is called Surgical Spirit there. Rubbing alcohol is a diluted form of Isopropyl and generally has a small percentage of a moisturizing oil added to it and more often than not has a green tint to it.
