Place tomatoes in a bowl, add garlic, salt, and pepper and toss. Drizzle with vinegar and oil, toss again, cover and set aside for about a half hour to allow the flavors to blend.

Since we are in Arizona on vacation and can get fresh tomatoes this is going to be on the menu this week. It sounds too delish to pass up. Tomatoes and garlic, mmm two of my favs. Thanks for sharing.
I live in Australia and we are in summer so a lovely, refreshing salad for us at this time of the year. I made it up yesterday and it is a hit. I added some salad onion as well. Thanks Deeli.
