Coffee Bars

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup coffee
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2/3 cup margarine

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Glaze:

• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• enough coffee to make a glaze thin enough to spread

Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and let soak while you cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the egg mixture. Add raisins, and coffee mixture last, mixing by hand. pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree F oven about 20 minutes. Pour glaze on while warm.
