We drink dirty martinis on a regular basis, so we are constantly having to buy jars of olives to use the juice. However, we are having to spend tons of money on olives, and not using the whole jar. We end up throwing away whole jars of olives because we used all of the juice and have all of the olives leftover. Does anyone have any idea how to make more juice? Could we add vinegar to the jar, or water and some spices, etc.? Thanks.

Google is your friend. Put in 'olive brine' and you'll find a source.
If you know a bar owner, you could get him/her to order the olive juice for you. They buy just juice for the dirty martinis in gallons.
Here's a recipe you might like for your extra olives. After draining the olives, put them back into the jar
and add:
2-3 minced garlic cloves
Fill the jar to cover the olives with vegetable or tomato juice. Shake the jar a couple times a day and let cure for 3 day. You could give these as gifts if you had to many. Hope this helps
