Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover evenly with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with Bacon Salt.*
Bake chicken 25 minutes, covered.
Sprinkle each piece of chicken evenly with cheese and continue baking until cheese is bubbly and chicken juices run clear, about 5 to 10 minutes, and serve.
* If you want to try, but can't find Bacon Salt at your local market in the seasoning isle, you can go to this link for a list of markets that do carry it or order it online from the manufacturer. I have used all four flavors they offer for about three years now to season up just about everything from popcorn to veggies ;-)

Sounds yummy. Another easy one, dip your chicken in honey mustard and then into crushed french onions and bake.
