Braunschweiger Haystack Loaf

Delicious, cheap and quick to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Braunschweiger sausage
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 2 Tbsp. salad dressing (mayo or Miracle Whip)

Topping

• 1 3 oz. cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
• dash of garlic salt
• Garnish with parsley, olives etc.

Directions:

Mix the first three ingredients, shape into an oval mound and chill. Mix the topping to spreading consistency, spread on the chilled loaf. Garnish and chill until ready to serve.
