Fabric Softener Without Dryer Sheets

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 433 Posts

Pour a dab of fabric softener on an old sock then put in the dryer with your clothes. It can be used for several loads. It saves using Bounce sheets.

When I did use dryer sheets I cut them in half. I stopped buying them and just put vinegar in the rinse cycle. You can't smell the vinegar after the clothes are dry; it cuts down on the static electricity, and the vinegar helps to get rid of the soap scum in the washer. The sock with the fabric softener is a good idea if you like the smell.
