Sometimes I start craving chocolate, but as we all know, candy bars are NOT healthy. The coconut oil used in this recipe actually helps you lose fat. This is a quick and easy recipe that will satisfy your cravings for chocolate and it's healthy too!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- sweetener, to taste (optional)
- nuts, raisins, dried fruits, etc. (optional)
Directions:
Warm the coconut oil so that it is liquid. Mix the coco powder into the oil. Add sweetener and nuts and stir well. Pour into pan and put into freezer until frozen.
