Will leaving ink stains in a dryer damage clothes later when in use?

We dried freshly tye-died shirts (dyed with Rit) in the dryer (big mistake!) and now there is blue everywhere and it gets on everything you put in the dryer. I'm not sure if that's the same as the ink you are talking about, but it may have the same results.
