No! It's a primer and would greatly affect the house color if you used it as a finish coat or sealer!
I'd use KILZ first as a primer and sealer.

I tried using Kilz as a finish coat on a wooden porch railing awhile back. It lasted about two years. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but it isn't worth the effort.
