I had a recipe for microwave rice pudding and lost it. It was easy and quick.
Thanks in advance if anyone has one.

Hi Liz, I've been making this microwave rice pudding for years. It's simply 2-1/2 cups milk, four tablespoons rice (not minute), two tablespoons sugar, one tablespoon cinnamon (or nutmeg) (optional) one tablespoon butter. Cook on high for four minutes, then cook for twenty minutes on power No. 7, covered. Stir after ten minutes and when finished. The recipe says to put a dollop of whipped cream on it, but I don't usually do that. I also add one cup of raisins, although the recipe doesn't call for it. Colleen in Canada
