Spreadable burger that tastes delicious.
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add milk a little at a time until meat is very spreadable. Spread meat mixture on half of hamburger buns. Broil until outside of bun is golden brown. Top with ketchup, mustard, relish, horseradish, or whatever else you like on your burger. Eat open faced with hand.
You can also add pizza sauce and cheese after burger is cooked and continue to broil until cheese melts to make pizza burgers.
