Great kid-friendly dish!
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoning mix and salt. Simmer while preparing dough. Separate can or crescent dough into two large rolls. Place rectangle into bottom of greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Spoon 1/2 of the hot meat mixture in pan. Cover with the dry cottage cheese. Spoon on remaining meat mixture over remaining dough rectangle. Sprinkle with grated cheese and the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
