Our president of the HOA went ahead and proceeded to paint our curbs around the parking areas white and then removed some of the grass areas and replaced it with small stones. All this without a 75% vote by the members. Can the president be made to put the grass back and stop painting the curbs?

If you don't have one, get a copy of the CCand R's, read every word. If you think you need to, talk to a lawyer. If you have a management company, call them and speak to the person that handles your neighborhood.
Go to the board meetings and let them know you are unhappy. Take as many neighbors as you can with you. You have to start somewhere. These few ideas, I hope will help you. Vote the current board out. Good luck. HOA's are the pits! Great Granny Vi
