This is really easy and tasty as an appetizer or snack that you can put together in a jiffy and they refrigerate well if you want to make a day ahead.
Place the feta, salt, and pepper in a bowl, gently mix until well blended and set aside.
Cut the top off each cherry tomato and carefully scoop out the pulp to make a hollow with a small spoon.
Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the feta in to each tomato shell, place on serving plate and serve.
