Earlier in the year, a tree fell on our house and my garden. I tried my best to save what I could from my flowerbed. I was so excited to see these live and thrive, and now bloom. They have a very strong fragrant scent. Although a tropical plant, they seemed to like the weather here in northeast Ohio.

That is one of the prettiest flowers I've ever seen! I love the colors and the pistols protruding from the center! I wish I could grow such gorgeous blossoms here! What is it called??
We call them May Pops here in GA, but I think the correct name is Passion Flower. When I was growing up, they grew wild everywhere, but not so much any more. I have tried transplanting them in my yard, but without much success.

You are very fortunate that they will grow in your yard. They are so beautiful.
