Directions:
Mix Tang, sour cream, cool whip, and sweetened condensed milk and pour into the crusts. Cover and chill. Garnish as desired.

Do you mean 3/4 cup DRY Tang mix...or 3/4 cup of Tang/water already mixed?
From looking at other recipes on the web, it looks like it is the dry Tang.
