Better than lemon meringue pie and easier to make.
Crust
Filling
*Or 1 carton cream whipped with 1 tsp. plain gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water; add 2 Tbsp. sugar
Make or use pre-made pie crust. Bake and cool.
Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Add whipped cream. Spread onto crust.
Cook pudding according to directions. Cool. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate until needed.
