Cream together butter and sugar, add egg yolks (ONLY), beat well.
Add flour, cocoa, then milk and vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Place mixture into cooking dish.
Place cooking dish into dish of water (1/2 way up) and bake slowly in oven for 1 hour.
Check when cooking as time may vary depending on your oven.
