Apple Bacon Coleslaw

This quick and easy recipe is quite yummy!

Ingredients:

• 1 bag shredded coleslaw mix
• 1/2 jar slaw dressing (your favorite, or make your own)
• 1-2 apples, chopped (I like Braeburn apples, leave the skin on)
• 2-4 slices ready-cooked bacon

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients. Start with less dressing, and add more to taste.

Chill (if time allows)

Prepare the bacon as directed on package. Crumble, and add just before serving.

This is what my family calls a "throw together" side dish. Perfect for a last minute get-together!
