Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (thaw in bag)
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pint sour cream with chives and onion
- salt and pepper
- chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except potatoes. When well mixed, add potatoes and mix in thoroughly. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan for 2 hours at 325 degrees F. Cut into squares.

This recipe sounds good but are you sure about the baking time? 2 hours seems way too long.
