This is so easy to make and is heavenly to eat. This recipe was my mom's (who has passed).
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Lay the club crackers in a single layer on a pan with raised sides (jelly roll pan). I used a 15x13 inch pan. Lay the coconut and chopped nuts over the crackers in an even layer.
Mix the butter and sugar together and boil for 2 minutes. I did this in the microwave, but make sure you use a tall enough bowl, so it does not boil over. Pour over the cracker mixture and bake in oven.

These sound so good, Elaine! I am going to try them with hazelnuts and brown sugar. Branbrumom, it's states prep time is 5 minutes and cooking time as 10 Minutes so 10 minutes will be your baking time.
Could you use honey or agave? I'm not eating sugar anymore.
