Marinade/Sauce:
Combine the marinade ingredients. Pour over the chicken pieces, and chill for 2 hours. Put the chicken, meaty side down, and marinade in a baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and raise the heat to 450 degrees F. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken, baste, and cook until done. In the last 5 minutes, turn meaty side up, and brush with a little more honey. Broil for a few more minutes, until glazed and bubbly.

Ummmmm. Anything with a citrus flavor from cake to chicken suits us just fine. Honey goes so well with citrus flavors too, so you have a winner here. I can't wait to try your recipe. I'm thinking the aroma of it baking will have us all waiting for it to get done too.
