Try Michaels in your city on Empire. I got some at my local store for my wedding. Also, check wholesalefloral.com.
Check with florists and wedding specialists in your area. All sizes of champagne glasses are available from Accent Decor and are sold wholesale to these people. I have them in my Flower Shop in Springfield, MO.
If you can't find one retail anywhere, maybe you could make one? Get a tall cylinder type glass "stem" (candle stick holder, spaghetti holder?), a glass plate inverted upside down for the "bottom" and look for a low, flat rounded "top" (fruit bowl, fish bowl, etc.) at thrift stores, garage sales, etc.
