What do you mean make a copy on a printer? Number 1; you need what is referred to as an all-in-one printer, that you can print, copy and fax on. Then all you have to do is follow the directions that came with the printer. By doing that you should have no problem copying documents, photos, or whatever. I have even put small pieces of fabric in the copy area of mine and made copies of it on scrapbook paper because I wanted a page with that type of design on it.
I assume you want to copy something from the monitor to the printer. If your printer is connected to your computer then right click the button on the mouse. I small screen should open with choices listed.
Or maybe you need to scan what you want to print and make a JPEG (.jpg) that you then print. Make sure when you print it's at 100% by checking Page scaling - none or size - 100%. This keeps it the same size as what you scanned.
Of course, you might want it larger or smaller and you would type in the appropriate size (for example: 125%, 150%, 50%, etc.). Just be sure the new size will fit on the size paper you print on. Of course, you should check the directions/instructions given with the printer.
