Combine cheese and seasonings. Toss potatoes in oil, then in cheese mixture. Place wedges on baking sheet in single layer. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden and tender, about 40 minutes.
Source: I don't know where I got this recipe. It's on a dog-eared card in my recipe box, because it's one I got to often. It's a no-fail pleaser for all ages.
