Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Splenda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 cup skim evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Splenda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pie shell
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and put in pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients and pour in shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 65-70 minutes.
