Does any one know how to make a white chocolate caramel cappuccino like the Fa Ellen that is served in EZ Mart convenience stores in Oklahoma? Thanks.

If you Google 'white chocolate caramel cappuccino recipes' you will find oodles of them and most will probably taste better than EZ Marts. ;-)

1 Brew a small pot of very strong coffee using an electric coffee maker. You will only need about 2 oz., but it may be easier to make more if using a large machine. To do this, use double the amount of coffee grains as you would normally use for a cup of drip coffee.
2 Heat 4 to 6 oz. of milk on the stove top or in the microwave, without letting it come to a boil.
3 Melt about 1 tbsp. of white chocolate chips in the microwave using a microwave-safe bowl.
4 Pour hot milk into a sturdy mug and use a hand held milk frother to froth the milk and create plenty of foam.
5 Place some melted white chocolate into the bottom of your serving mug and top with about a tablespoon of caramel sauce. Pour in about 2 oz. of hot, strong coffee. Stir if desired.
6 Top with about 4 oz. of milk and then fill the mug to the top with milk foam. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.
