I drink a lot of coffee and it stains my teeth. What is the best product to whiten your teeth?

The best product (bleach) to whiten your teeth can only be obtained from a dentist, but Crest White Strips really work-they just take a little longer than the dentist's. One box is enough for 2 weeks after that you don't use it every night just periodically.
The Crest 3D Products are the best. They have the toothpaste and mouthwash in addition to their Crest 3D whitening strips (also remember to keep regular cleanings with your dentist). My dentist recommends these products and I use them faithfully, coffee drinker here, too :D.
Hi there! Personally, I avoid fluoride like the plague (neurotoxin, very bad!) so I avoid store bought stuff. However, a local health shop sells a tooth powder which has sea salt and other natural ingredients. Following the advice of another thriftyfun person, I pour a bit of hydrogen peroxide in the tooth powder, mix it up, let it sit a minute to thicken and brush away.
There are several brands of toothpaste specifically formulated for coffee stains. Just go to the drug store, check out the toothpaste section, and try one or two to see what works best for you.
I just had this conversation with my dentist, he said to brush with a paste of hydrogen peroxide + baking soda. I asked him if this was too harsh to brush with all the time and he said no. I would also suggest that if you are at work drinking coffee and can't brush, just swish some water around your mouth after you are finishing drinking coffee.
www.toothsoap.com is a natural sites product. I got the tooth-soap shreds, when they had buy one get one: one for me, and one for my neighbor. They look like "strings." You bite on them, and then brush. It is like getting your teeth cleaned of plaque and everything from a dentist. I am so glad that I spent the money and found this product! It also is incredibly beneficial for your gums!
Use professional crest white strips, cut back on coffee. Floss.
