To prevent stuck on children's glue caps, spray the inside of the cap lightly with WD-40.

I got a tip probably from this site about rubbing petroleum jelly around the top of glue tubes or bottles to keep them from being sticky. I did this to my new tube of E6000 and haven't had any trouble with it. Of course WD-40 is a good idea. I keep a small can in my craft room, so it would be handy all the time. I'll try it next time I need to keep a top from sticking. Thanks for this tip.
