When all of my children were at home, it was hard to come up with something new for dinner. I hit on this idea one time and everyone loved it. Better yet, when it was cold, it could be cut into squares and packed in a lunch. The teachers thought it was an ethnic dish, which delighted my children.
Brown hamburger with onions, stirring to break meat up into small pieces. Drain grease off of meat mixture. Stir in mushrooms with juice. Add one can of beef gravy, stir together. Make a thin paste of the flour and a small amount of water. Stir into meat mixture until evenly mixed. Set aside to cool completely.
Roll half of biscuit dough into a rectangle and press into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. (If using refrigerator biscuits, press them into the bottom of the pan to form a solid crust.) Pour cooled meat mixture over bottom crust. Roll out a second crust from remaining biscuit dough and lay over meat mixture. (If using refrigerated biscuits, press together on a lightly floured board and form into a rectangle)
Bake on lower rack in oven until top is browned. To serve, cut into squares and top with a little of the remaining beef gravy.

What temperature for baking?
Does the "cooking time" include the time for cooking the meat mixture or is that the amount of time you bake it?
