Filling
For crust, combine all ingredients in medium bowl; press onto bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate. For filling, combine milk, lime peel and juices in medium bowl; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate until chilled; at least 30 minutes.
