Chicken Wings (Nuwave/Flavorwave Oven)

So easy to make, from the freezer to the table.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb. chicken wings, about 16, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup hot sauce, mild to wild
  • Advertisement

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Arrange wings in Nuwave oven or Flavorwave Oven and heat on 4 inch rack. Turn over once, until browned and cooked through, 18 - 20 minutes total.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, and mix in the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

Place wings in a large container with a secure lid. Pour sauce over the wings, and seal. Shake wings with the sauce until thoroughly coated.

If you want more than 16 wings, then increase ingredients as follows:

  • For 32 wings - double recipe
  • For 48 wings - triple recipe

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Source: I have used a Nuwave oven for 8 years and I like to try new things out with it. This a really good easy recipe that I came up with.
