Pull back the skin and add spices. Replace the skin. Add about a cup or so white grape juice. Place in pan and cover with lid or foil. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 and 1/2 hours. You could use a large crock pot. Mine isn't big enough. Add more liquid if necessary.
I once found turkey legs marked down to about 50 cents. I didn't want to break out my homemade chicken broth, so I thought I'd add the white grape juice. Now I won't make them any other way!
