We bought a 10 x 12 storage shed, it also has 2 lofts. We want to keep it clutter free and do not want to fill it back up again. We have a lot of seasonal decorations, freezer, and tools. Help give us your suggestions. We are planning on having a yard sale this spring. How can we keep this stuff organized until then?

I would install a rack to hang your tools like rakes, shovels, brooms, etc. or maybe a trash can to put them in so they are in one place. For decorations, I would invest in the plastic storage bins to keep them clean and would store in the loft. Having the shed organized makes it easier to use. Hang your hoses on a peg to keep off the floor and accessible when the weather changes.
I have always had good luck storing seasonal decorations in the plastic containers (usually try to stock up when the stores put them on sale after Christmas). There are many sizes but i try to stay with one size so they stack easily. You should be able to store containers in one of your lofts.
Hooks and pegs for hanging garden and work tools are really good as you can place them in otherwise unusable spaces. Think over and under when possible. We use bicycle hanger hooks for heavier items.
Maybe someone is "handy" and can add a shelf or two for boxes or baskets of items that you use often. Shelves can be "over or under" your other items.
Lofts can make great use of space in a shed but be sure to remember the temperature will be different from the ground floor.
Your yard sale stuff might go in cardboard boxes stored in an island in the middle of this very large shed for now.
The lofts for Christmas decorations and seasonal equipment which could be moved down for use at the right time, while the previous season's stuff goes up.
i would iuse. totes . and LABEL them ... keep CHristams together, gard tools together etc.... I am a big advocater of labeling good luck
