This recipe only uses 3 ingredients.
Blend all ingredients well and roll into small balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten the balls with a glass bottom dipped in sugar. Dip the glass in the sugar after flattening each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown. This recipe also works very well baked in a brownie pan and cut into bars when cool. While still hot, pour about 1/2-1 whole bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top. Spread to smooth while warm. Cool and cut into bars.
