Quick and easy
Slice kielbasa in to 1/4 inch slices. Put in large boiling pot with about 1/4 full of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
Peel and slice potatoes, add to the pot and cook until tender. Add green beans a few minutes before serving to heat.
Season to taste and enjoy Kielbasa soup. Tastes great heated the second time around as well.
